Do you offer emergency support?
No. I do not offer an emergency or crisis service.

If a client is experiencing a mental health emergency or crisis, they should call 111, contact their GP, contact their local NHS Crisis Team / Mental Health service or contact a support line such as the Samaritans (Telephone 116 123).

If you, or someone you know, is in immediate danger of serious harm (for example, if someone has taken an overdose) and you need immediate medical help please telephone 999.

How long does each therapy session take?
Routine therapy sessions are 50 minutes.
​
Assessment sessions may take longer (up to 90 minutes), depending on the nature of the assessment.

Do you offer face to face or remote sessions?
At the present time, ongoing therapy sessions are only being offered remotely although this is likely to change in the future. Clinic base will be London.

Assessments, may be offered face to face as required (for example, autism assessments). Clinic base is central London.
Do you offer assessment and treatment via insurance companies?
I am registered with a small number of insurance companies. Please contact her for further details.
What happens if we are unable to attend our appointment?
Please inform me as soon as possible via email if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.

Please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made after this time will be charged at the full session rate.
